How to Attract What You Want In Life
Have you ever spend time daydreaming about something you want and have it come true in real life? If you have been so lucky, you have experienced the power of your own energy source.
On the flip-side, have you ever spent time worrying or thinking that someone doesn’t like you, only to find out you were right?
The law of attraction is the belief that positive or negative thoughts bring positive or negative experiences. It really makes sense if you think about it. If you think about things that are positive all of the time, your actions will likely be positive and out of good faith, and most likely good experiences will follow. On the other hand, if you spend all of your time thinking the worst case scenario will happen, guess what? Your actions will likely not be great and the result won’t be a good experience.
Changing your energy frequency to bring positive outcomes does not have to be a painful, weird experience either. Anyone can start making these changes to better their lives.
- Try and see the good in all situations.
Practice being an optimist. If life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Maybe this was a lesson you had to learn to be better prepared for a big life change. - Stop being a negative nelly!
Catch yourself when your thoughts go to a place that is not kind. Do not participate in gossip or trash talk. Maybe in lieu of a swear jar, use a negativity jar. Anytime you catch yourself complaining you have to put a dollar in. If you fill the jar, the money should be donated to a good cause, and it’s time to reevaluate whether or not you’re the source of the energy-sucking negativity! - Manifest what you want.
Think about the things you want most every chance you get. If you desperately want to be an author but haven’t even written a page, visualize your book on a shelf in your favourite book store. Spend all free time thinking about your dreams. You will be surprised how eventually your actions will soon take flight and poof! Your dreams become reality. - Connect with yourself.
Get in tune with your needs, wants, desires and dreams. Spend time alone, thinking, or writing about your feelings. - Mantras.
By repeating mantras out loud or in your head consistently, you are telling the universe what you want and need. - Be open to change.
Growing is the best part of being a human. Each phase of life teaches us something. Be open to life’s lessons and learn from your mistakes. Forgive yourself when necessary. - Practice gratitude daily.
Tell the universe all the good things in your life and be thankful for them. All of the positive energy you are putting out will surely be returned . - Love yourself.
Show up for yourself everyday. Do things that make you happy and follow your dreams.
