Beginner Cardio HIIT – No Equipment Required
- Sundays at 10am AST (convert to your time zone).
Cardio Kickboxing – Beginner to Intermediate
- Wednesdays at 7pm AST (convert to your time zone).
- We discuss your goals, look at your current diet, and make a meal plan for you, complete with recipes
